Drink Tasting
The Cata sessions will be held on Tuesday the 27th and Wednesday the 28th at the headquarters of the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences (Luján de Cuyo) of UNCUYO.
Drinks Tasting by Jury
The samples will be analyzed by a highly trained International Jury, including Oenologists, Agricultural Engineers, Sommeliers, Master Distillers, Producers, Bartenders and Industry Specialists.
The analysis methodology and tasting sheets are the ones used internationally by the OIV.
Gallery
The jury comes from different countries, such as Argentina, Chile, Canada, Paraguay, Peru, Colombia and Scotland, among others.
