Activities


.Tasting sessions will take place at the School of Agricultural Sciences (Luján de Cuyo) of UNCUYO.


.Samples will be evaluated by a highly qualified international jury, including winemakers, agronomists, sommeliers, master distillers, producers, bartenders, and industry specialists.


.A series of talks given by prestigious members of the Tasting Jury, sommeliers and officials from public bodies with expertise in the field.
.Stand of Spirits, Aperitifs and Vermouth of local, national and international brands.
.Guided tours to local distilleries, aimed at the Competition's Tasting Judges.
.The jury members come from various countries, including Argentina, Chile, Canada, Paraguay, Peru, Colombia, Scotland, and others.
Tastings
.The analysis methodology and tasting sheets are those used internationally by the OIV (International Organisation of Vine and Wine).
